20+ Years Of Traveling Tuscany

My name is Suzanne Waltz and that’s me in the photo, having a “Birra” in Gaiole in Chianti. I’ve been coordinating Villa and Farmhouse vacations in Tuscany since 1997. During that time, I’ve explored not only the main attractions throughout Tuscany (and Italy), but I’ve discovered the “nooks and crannies” where most tourists don’ t go. Here I’ll be sharing that information with you. Along the way, I’ll provide tips and tricks for great airfare and routes from the US to Italy, as well as details about money, packing, weather and other logistics. Ciao for now!

About Suzanne Waltz

I've been coordinating small group trips to Tuscany since 1996. Every year, I discover something else to see, eat, drink, be amazed at, fall in love with and/or return to. In "real life," I'm a freelance writer, but my goal is to buy a place in Tuscany soon and spend at least 6 months a year living there, helping people explore and experience my favorite places. To that end, I've started planning themed vacation weeks -- Retreats in Tuscany -- the first of which is Book Club in Tuscany (May 27 to June 3, 2017). Others will include Writers Retreat in..., Locavore in..., Sacred Places in... and others, so stay tuned for further details.
